Located at the gates of the historic city center (5 minutes on foot), this villa is surrounded by a large plot of forest, sheltered from any view and noise. Enjoy a heated pool in summer and a small fireplace in winter! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, ensuring intimate and personalized space for everyone.

The villa's amenities include a heated pool and a large garden providing an idyllic setting for outdoor relaxation. The house and the heated pool (heat pump from May to October) face south, allowing you to fully enjoy the sun throughout the day. The pool measures 11x4m. The terrace is equipped with a gas barbecue, a large table, and a set of garden furniture, perfect for relaxing by the water and sharing group meals. For recreation, there is a ping pong table and pool accessories, as well as board games for all ages. For cooler nights, an outdoor heater is at your disposal.

Villa Bouyssou is a unique creation, custom-designed by a renowned architect from Sarlat, Gérard Bouyssou ❤. This residence features clean lines, minimalist design, and large multiple volumes aimed at optimizing pleasant living spaces for group gatherings. Facing south, its large windows allow natural light to pour in. With spacious and functional areas, you'll have direct access to the pool and garden from the living room through its large windows. Ideal for keeping an eye on the children at all times.

The villa is equipped with underfloor air conditioning (heating and cooling), ensuring optimal comfort throughout the year. A small wood-burning fireplace adds a cozy touch, perfect for creating a snug atmosphere during family Christmas celebrations. For professional needs, a workspace is set up in the living room, with high-speed internet connection (fiber). Additionally, a large television offers a complete selection of entertainment channels.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, two coffee machines (pod and drip), kettle, blender, electric citrus juicer, and a variety of kitchen utensils are available to prepare your finest meals! For winter, you can enjoy a raclette machine. A laundry room is available with a washer/dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. For music lovers, a Bluetooth speaker is available in the living room.
Three Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms.
Each of the three bedrooms, one of which is a master suite, is equipped with high-quality bedding and mattresses for optimal comfort. They also have a private bathroom to preserve everyone's privacy. Bed linens, as well as bath and beach towels, are provided to offer a comfortable and personalized experience. For the little ones, a travel crib and mattress are available.

In addition, it is possible to add two extra beds to comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. The reservation for 9 people is made upon request via e-mail.
Only a 5-minute walk from the historic city center.
You are 500 meters away from the city center of Sarlat. You can stroll and do your shopping with ease. This is especially convenient in the summer when Sarlat is very busy and parking can be challenging. You will also find a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and all other amenities near the house.

Upon your arrival, Julien will greet you. He will hand over the keys and give you an overview of how the house operates. If you need anything during your stay, he will be available on-site to assist you.
